This online group offers a supportive, confidential space to discuss issues related to using IFS with clients and explore your own therapist parts.

This 8-week course focuses on the theory and practice of Internal Family Systems. Not only will you learn the IFS model but you will have the added benefit of experiencing IFS as a clinician and a client. This online course is geared for professional counsellors interested in becoming IFS-informed.
