This online group offers a supportive, confidential space to discuss issues related to using IFS with clients and explore your own therapist parts.

This 8-week course focuses on the theory and practice of Internal Family Systems. You will learn the IFS model and have the added benefit of experiencing IFS as a clinician and a client. This online course is geared for professional counsellors interested in becoming IFS-informed.
