Hi, I am Mehrnaz and I am looking forward to supporting you. Here’s some information about me; I live in the Comox Valley with my family.

I hold a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and am a Registered Professional Counsellor – Candidate. I refer to myself as “a student of life”, and I have a passion for self-discovery.

My passion has always been seeking, continuously learning, and drawing from my life experiences. I encourage and invite individuals to embark on a journey of self-exploration, empowerment, and well-being. I create a safe space for inner reflection, emphasizing how thoughts can affect our behaviour. I provide support through life’s transitions, collaborating with individuals as they face challenges like immigration, career changes, relationships, grief, and bereavement, with a particular focus on holistic mental wellness. I offer encouragement and practical tools for resilience and empowerment, helping others find real solutions with compassion and empathy.
