I am passionate about working with children through expressive play, as they can communicate comfortably through interactions. As an early childhood educator, I have experienced the positive impact that play can have with not only managing but also understanding overwhelming and complicated feelings.
No matter what age or life stage you are in, I am happy to guide you on your journey of self-discovery and understanding. I am here to listen to you!
As adults, we, too, can communicate well through expressive interactions. My client-centred approach helps you lead your healing journey. I am IFS-informed, and practice solution-focused, narrative and play therapy, including sand tray, for ages 7 and up.
Life is a balance of rolling waves, and often, those waves can be overwhelming. I would love to help you ride those waves with confidence and strong self-esteem.
