Creative Recovery: A Strength-Based Art Therapy Workshop
This group is designed for adults (18+) navigating recovery from substance abuse.
In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to design your own sketchbook cover—a personal canvas that marks the beginning of your strengths-based art therapy journey. Our hope is that this group and this sketchbook become a space to celebrate your creativity, honour your progress, and set intentions for the meaningful work ahead. You will also receive a series of gentle, strengths-based art invitations to take home to support ongoing reflection and growth after the workshop. As your sketchbook fills with your responses, we hope it can become a creative record of your journey — offering a place for grounding, encouragement, and strength you can return to again and again.
