A 5-week shared experience for women in midlife (45+)

Each Tuesday night session includes a short presentation with topics relevant to mid-life, such as empty nesting, career changes, role changes and wondering – Now What? You’ll gain insights for this stage of life, discover new tools and perspectives, and connect with other women experiencing the mayhem of midlife.
