Spring Break- Expressive Arts Group for Pre-Teens
Spring Break Expressive Arts Group for Pre-Teens š March 23 & 24th, 2026.
$150.00 + gst
This group offers a supportive and creative space for preteens (ages 9-12) to explore who they are and how they relate to the world around them. Through self boxes or mask-making, participants will create art inside and outside their box or mask to represent their inner world (thoughts, feelings, strengths) and their outer world (how they show up, what others see, and what feels safe to share).
The group gently weaves in themes of self-compassion, identity, and belonging, encouraging curiosity and kindness toward all parts of oneself and each other. Art-making is process-focused, choice-based, and designed to meet each participant where they areāno art experience required.
