This art therapy group is designed for women seeking opportunities to connect with themselves and others through art making. As your guides on this journey, Jillian and Lauren invite you to get curious and embrace authenticity and playful creativity as we encounter themes of self-compassion, self-care, and inner vitality through the use of various art materials, including paint, fabric, clay, and collage.
Art invitations and visualizations will be offered, and opportunities to share with the group will be available. No art experience required, as the focus will be on the process of creating and its meaning to you. Experience the restorative and grounding nature of art making and lean into moments of delight and insight as we create, explore, and discover together. Experience restoration, connection, insight, and delight through creative expression and exploration together with other women.
Date: This group will meet biweekly on Saturday mornings from 10:00 -12:00 starting Oct 4th through to Dec 13th.
Fee: Six sessions for $250.00
