Hello!
I'm glad you found me.

I have worked with a diversity of clients in both clinical and community settings, including high school, crisis intervention, and detox spaces. When working with clients, it is important that we find a pace and approaches that are best suited to for you. I draw from different approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Existential and Narrative therapies. All are built on a client-centred, trauma-informed, humanistic foundation. Supporting clients to reach their goals has provided rich experiences that continue to informed my therapeutic practice.

My first undergraduate degree, in philosophy, instilled in me a passion for sharing insights on navigating life.. My second degree, in psychology, better equipped me to understand how the mind and the body work in tandem. And my current degree, a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology, nearly completed, has furnished me with the skills and awareness of how best to support clients on their own journeys. I look forward to the honour of walking alongside you on yours.
