Hi, I’m Katherine— a student counsellor currently completing my master's degree in clinical counselling with Yorkville University. I have a gentle, compassionate approach to healing and offer a safe, affirming space for anyone seeking support. I bring particular experience in addiction counselling and working with members of the LGBTQ+ community, of which I’m proudly a part.
My practice is rooted in mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), helping clients build awareness, resilience, and practical tools for change.
