People come to counselling for many reasons. You may be struggling with stress, worry or low mood, finding yourself caught in familiar relationship patterns, navigating a life transition, or simply wanting to understand yourself and your life more deeply.
I believe meaningful change begins with curiosity. Many of the ways we learn to cope, protect ourselves, and relate to others make sense when we understand the experiences that shaped them. Counselling can offer a space to meet these patterns with greater compassion and develop more freedom and possibility.
My approach is warm, relational, collaborative, and evidence-informed. I draw from humanistic and experiential psychotherapy, attachment theory, somatic approaches, mindfulness, and parts-oriented therapy. At times our work may be reflective and conversational; at other times, we may slow down and pay closer attention to emotions, sensations, memories, imagery, or what is happening in the moment.
I work with adults seeking support with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, personal growth, and spiritual exploration. I also offer psychedelic preparation and integration counselling and welcome conversations about mystical, non-ordinary, and sacred experiences.
You remain at the centre of the work. Together, we can clarify what you want to understand or change, explore different ways of working, and pay attention to what feels useful along the way.
I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can meet and explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
