I am passionate about supporting children, youth, and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to thrive. I believe that every child and young person deserves a safe, supportive space where they feel understood, valued, and empowered to express themselves.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, drawing from cognitive behavioural therapy, somatic approaches, solution-focused therapy, and person-centred care. When working with children, I incorporate creativity, curiosity, and age-appropriate strategies to help them explore emotions, develop coping skills, and build resilience in a way that is engaging and supportive.
I have experience supporting children, youth, and young adults with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, behavioural challenges, challenges related to neurodivergence, relationship difficulties, school-related concerns, stress, and life transitions. I work from a strengths-based perspective, recognizing each individual’s unique experiences, abilities, and potential for growth.
My goal is to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe showing up as their authentic selves. Together, we can explore challenges, identify strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward meaningful growth, healing, and positive change at a pace that feels right for you.
