IFS Supervision Group – Winter
This group is for those with IFS training who would like to receive clinical supervision and peer support.

Sessions are Bi-Weekly, for 7 Weeks

Tuesdays 3:30-5:00
There is capacity for 8 participants on a first-to-register and pay basis. The site will be updated as soon as possible once we reach capacity. However, if you register after capacity is met, you will have the option to apply your payment to the next group session or receive a refund. This online group focuses on the needs and interests of individual participants, fostering in-depth discussions and peer support. We hope you will join us and be part of a supportive group of professional colleagues.

IFS Basics Course, Online 8 weeks- The Theory and Practice of Internal Family Systems
This 8-week course focuses on the theory and practice of Internal Family Systems. You will learn the IFS model and have the added benefit of experiencing IFS as a clinician and a client. This online course is geared towards professional counsellors interested in becoming IFS-informed.

Dr. Richard Bradshaw, psychologist and co-founder of Observed Experiential Integration Therapy (OEI) is providing a free online workshop to introduce you to this trauma-focused therapy.
OEI evolved from EMDR and incorporates the neuroscience of visual pathways to integrate both hemispheres of the brain to reduce anxiety and trauma symptoms.

Observed Experiential Integration – 2 Day Course
This 2-day course focuses on the theory and practice of OEI, a trauma-informed approach that utilizes eye positioning, visual pathways, and bilateral stimulation to integrate the brain’s hemispheres. This process helps reduce anxiety, PTSD symptoms, and emotional distress.
We’re excited to welcome Dr. Rick Bradshaw to Courtenay to offer OEI Level 1 training. This trauma-focused approach utilizes eye positioning, visual pathways, and bilateral stimulation to integrate the brain hemispheres. This process helps reduce anxiety, PTSD symptoms, and emotional distress. The training covers both theory and practice of OEI, with opportunities to experience and practice techniques.
Attendees receive a two-day training that includes a personalized signed description of the seminar content and process, two client manuals, two PowerPoint Presentations to show clients, and the main training video to review OEI techniques and strategies.
