IFS Basics, (Spring 2026) The Theory and Practice of Internal Family Systems

This 8-week course focuses on the theory and practice of Internal Family Systems. You will learn the IFS model and have the added benefit of experiencing IFS as a clinician and a client. This online course is geared towards professional counsellors interested in becoming IFS-informed.

Includes 4 hours of group supervision
