Intro:

Are you struggling with challenges in your relationships? Confused about how to navigate conflicts or boundaries? Do you find that your usual ways of managing stress are not helping you right now?

Sometimes the habitual patterns that we have used to cope with life, perhaps learned from the family we grew up in or our more recent relationships, stop being helpful strategies and can end up causing us distress. Most of us were not taught effective communication skills or how to navigate boundaries, and as a result our relationships can suffer or become very confusing and challenging.

Our difficulties are often both created and resolved through communication. How we communicate in our relationships impacts how we are perceived, our sense of support and belonging in the world, and our confidence that we are cared for.

Relationship and communication skills are essential tools for navigating the complexities of life, and a particular focus of the work I do with clients. While reaching out for support can sometimes seem difficult, you don’t have to figure out these challenges on your own.

I am passionate about supporting people to move forward confidently with their lives and relationships. My approach is non-judgmental and compassionate, straightforward and practical, with a mix of warmth, humour and direct communication. I look forward to supporting you as you find your way forward in creating the life and relationships you long for.
