Choosing a Counsellor

Please note that at this time Kate and Lianne are not taking new clients, but all our other counsellors are.

Our counsellors offer services that are inclusive and client-centred. Several counsellors have taken training to assist with their work with specific populations such as children, couples, First Nations, 2SLGBTQ+, parents or those dealing with trauma, addictions or loss.

There are a number of important factors that will help you determine who best to work with and this page will help you get started. We’re also always happy to talk on the phone to discuss who may be the best fit.
