My first goal is to establish an authentic, compassionate human connection where you feel safe and supported. It is my greatest joy to be in a healing space with others. My job is to help you discover what you need to heal and grow. I provide evidence-based strategies to
address your specific, unique issues.
I use mindfulness-based approaches, which include somatic and embodiment approaches. I am informed by modern attachment theories, trauma informed approaches, and self realization. My approaches are experiential, psychoanalytic and existential. I am currently learning the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. I welcome adults and teens within a wide range of mental health concerns and goals
